Yes. Over 90% of our tenants during the academic year are Erasmus students. We’re looking for people who communicate in English, as that is the common language in our apartments.
Can I rent a room for less than a year?
Yes. You can rent a room for one semester, the full academic year, or for the summer months.
Are the rooms single or shared?
We offer 43 single rooms and 2 double rooms. Most rooms, even large ones, are usually rented as comfortable single rooms.
Are the rooms furnished?
Yes. Every room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, bookshelf, dresser, and desk lamp. A fresh set of bed linen is also provided upon arrival. The set includes a pillow, pillowcase, duvet, duvet cover, and fitted sheet.
What is included in the kitchen equipment?
Each kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge-freezers, two dishwashers, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, mixers, and more. Every tenant has personal shelves in both the kitchen cupboards and fridge.
Cleanliness & Responsibilities
How do you maintain cleanliness in the apartments?
We care about keeping the apartments in good condition and clean throughout the rental period. That’s why, at no extra cost, a cleaning service comes regularly to clean all common areas. Additionally, a simple schedule of small duties is shared among tenants to help maintain everyday order.
Location & Standards

All of our apartments are in the city center of Wrocław, close to universities and the Market Square (Rynek). Addresses include pl. Staszica, Traugutta Street, Chrobrego Street, and Barycka Street.

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in the rental price in every apartment. The connection is very fast — we have agreements with providers for a minimum speed of 1000 Mb/s, although actual speed may vary slightly depending on the location.
Are there washing machines and dryers?
Yes. Each apartment has a washing machine and an electric clothes dryer available for free use. Tenants need to provide their own laundry detergent.
Is there a hairdryer in the apartment?
Yes. Each apartment has one shared hairdryer available for tenants to use.
Payments & Agreements
How much does it cost to rent a room?
The price depends on the chosen room and the start and end dates of your rental. Contact us for a personalized offer.
What is included in the utilities fee (UF)?
The fixed monthly utilities fee (UF) covers the cost of media (water, electricity, heating, internet), cleaning supplies (e.g. for the kitchen), and administrative charges. This fee ensures that the apartment remains comfortable and well-maintained throughout your stay.
Are there any agency fees?
No. We do not charge any agency or service fees.
Can I sign a contract in English?
Yes. All documents and communication can be provided in English.
What happens if something breaks or needs fixing in the apartment?
We work with a reliable handyman who comes quickly when something needs repair. Whether it’s a broken appliance, a dripping tap, or anything else, we do our best to fix it as soon as possible so you can feel comfortable and safe in the apartment.
Will I make friends and feel at home?
Absolutely! You’ll be living with like-minded international students who are open, friendly, and eager to connect. Many of our tenants make lifelong friendships, travel together, and even learn new languages while living in the apartment. The vibe is social but respectful — a perfect mix for enjoying your Erasmus experience to the fullest.
