To book and rent a room, please follow these steps:

1.⁠ ⁠Contact Me and Choose Your Room Send me a message on WhatsApp at +48 798 139 938 to start the process.

In your message, please include:
a) The period you are looking to rent (start and end date)
b) Your preferences and needs
c) If you have a preferred location (e.g. close to university, Rynek, specific street)

Based on this information, I will send you a personalized list of available rooms that best match your preferences, along with detailed pricing.
From this list, you can choose the room that suits you best.

2.⁠ ⁠Introduce Yourself
Confirm that you agree with the house rules:
- No parties allowed in the apartment
- Quiet time starts at 10 PM
- Everyone is responsible for cleaning common areas, cleaning up after themselves, and completing one simple duty from the duty schedule
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment

3.⁠ ⁠Provide Your Personal Information
Please send:
1) Full name
2) Address
3) Document number (passport or ID – no scans needed)
4) Mobile number
5) Email address
6) ICE number (In Case of Emergency): only phone number without name

4.⁠ ⁠Review the Agreement
I will send you a draft of the agreement in English. Please read it carefully and feel free to ask any questions. I will also explain important parts of the contract to make sure everything is clear.

5.⁠ ⁠Sign the Agreement
Send me a scan or clear photo of the signed agreement (make sure both pages are signed).
I will then send you back a copy with my signature.

6.⁠ ⁠Pay the Deposit
Transfer the refundable deposit to my Polish bank account. You can make the transfer via your bank or a preferred online platform.

7.⁠ ⁠Move In
You can move in on any day and at any time. Your room will be professionally cleaned, unlocked, and ready with a fresh set of bed linen (includes pillow, pillowcase, duvet, duvet cover, and fitted sheet).

8.⁠ ⁠Join the WhatsApp Group & Settle In
You will be added to a private WhatsApp group with your flatmates. This will help you connect, ask questions, and receive updates. Upon arrival, flatmates usually help each other with check-in. You’ll also receive information about keys, supplies, and apartment usage. From day one, you'll feel welcomed and supported.

9.⁠ ⁠Tips for Making the Deposit Payment
For international transfers, I recommend using Wise (formerly TransferWise) to avoid extra charges and poor exchange rates.
